I also train women in group classes for those who like to socialize. The classes are small so they are personalized just for you. I actively watch to make sure your form is correct to help you achieve your goals.

About Angel Fitness
For women who are 40+ it is very important to weight train for your bones and muscle mass, among other advantages. With my weight training classes twice a week, you will prevent bone and muscle loss as well as gain your body back. My small group classes of 4 women allow you to nearly have your own personal trainer. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will work hard at your own pace and achieve fast results with me as your trainer. Try one session, and your body and mind will thank you later.
