            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

With me as your personal trainer, I will provide you with the proper exercises and instructions to get you to where you want to be. We will set goals, assess your strengths and weaknesses, and improve your health through a proper nutrition plan. I will help keep you motivated, and with me, you will soon be able to see improvements in your every day physical activies. 

I am proud to say I am 54 years old, and with the help of weight training, cardio and the proper nutrition, I feel years younger. I became a personal trainer because I LOVE to help others. I know what it is like to struggle with food and maintain a proper balance; with the right nutrition and exercise/weight training program, you can look and feel better about yourself. I am very confident that with your own personal weight-training program and nutrition plan, I can get you to where you want to be. I have a full gym in my home and I work one-on-one with you for the whole hour. I also do group classes for those who like to socialize. My classes are small so they are personalized just like my one on one training sessions. I personally watch and go around making sure your form is correct. I will give you food plans and recipes to help you maintain or lose weight. You can also e-mail me what you eat so I can evaluate and tell you what you doing right or wrong. I am always willing to help free of charge. It is important to me that you have the proper nutrition and exercise program so you will feel better and will succeed. 


I train all ages from teenagers to the elderly. Male or female, it does not matter. I am equipped and have the knowledge to handle everyone. I am very confident that with your own personal weight-training program and nutrition plan, I can get you to where you want to be. 

            GROUP CLASSES

 

Total Body Condition is a cross-training class aimed for beginners and intermediates that have never weight trained, or for those who want to get back into weights without the hassle of going to the gym. They are designed everyone, especially for those who do not enjoy working out in gyms where they may feel embarrassed working out around others. The group classes are for middle-aged women who are going through menopause, where weight-training is essential for keeping our muscles toned and bones stronger.My classes are small and everyone is at the same level. I teach according to my clients' needs and abilities.
